Grounds Maintenance Operative – Construction Sites
Bristol (Multi-Site Role)
Start Date:
March
⏰ Working Hours: 07:00am – 17:00pm
O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across multiple construction sites in the Bristol area.
This is a multi-site role
, so applicants must be able to drive and be happy travelling between sites as required.
- General grounds maintenance on live construction sites
- Keeping external areas tidy, safe, and presentable
- Litter picking, grass cutting, hedge trimming, and basic landscaping duties
- Supporting site teams with upkeep of outdoor areas
- Working to health & safety standards at all times
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role (construction site experience preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Good understanding of site health & safety
