What You’ll Do as a Sales Inspector- Receive paid, comprehensive training to become a Certified Waterproofing and/or Foundation Repair Expert
- Run company-provided
, scheduled appointments—no cold calling - Conduct thorough home inspections and present custom solutions
- Educate homeowners confidently while following our proven processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional, WOW-level customer experiences
- Represent Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
- Company vehicle + laptop
- Industry-leading technology and inspection tools

- Comfortable working in tight, sometimes enclosed spaces

- $100,000–$200,000+ per year
- 50% of our inspectors earn $100k+ within their first year
- Top performers exceed $150k annually
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 1+ year in sales (preferred)
- 2+ years in construction or related trades (preferred)
