Our Team

The Growth Office is responsible for ensuring enhanced cross‑selling, great government relations, impactful strategic partnerships, and a world‑class win‑work function. We also support the key enablers of the strategic growth plan such as private finance and investigate and incubate new fields of play to help generate new revenue.

We are seeking experienced Senior Capture Managers to join our Growth Office and help capture some of the world’s most exciting and prestigious strategic opportunities.

Your Role
  • Work with Key Account Managers and their account teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s priority needs.
  • Undertake independent research and engage internal networks to source information about competitor organisations and assess their ability to address the client’s priority needs.
  • Review Atkins

    Réalis’s capability to address the client’s priority needs with Subject Matter Experts. Where gaps are identified, source missing capabilities from the supply chain.
  • Develop and articulate differentiated value propositions that align our capabilities to the client’s priority needs and support the decision‑making process with commercial arrangements.
  • Support account teams to test value propositions and commercial arrangements with key client stakeholders and refine based on feedback.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for raising client stakeholder awareness of our value proposition.
  • Document all relevant information, assumptions, decisions and outputs during the capture phase to provide a key term of reference for the subsequent bid delivery phase.
  • Ensure the appointed Proposal Manager is briefed on our value proposition so it can be correctly articulated in written proposals.
About you
  • Track record of success in capture strategy and execution for major pursuits, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to develop differentiated value propositions.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification (relevant technical certifications in business development activity desirable).
  • Proven experience in the development and execution of winning capture strategies on major pursuits in the engineering, construction, or professional services sectors.
  • Understanding of engineering projects and terminology, with the ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable proposal content.
  • Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft a clear, compelling, and persuasive narrative.
  • A collaborative and motivating leadership style with the ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams.
