If the answer is yes, then we have an urgent requirement for an Office Coordinator on a multimillion pound construction project in South Bristol that could be the perfect next position for you! In this vital role, you'll be the welcoming face of the project office, ensuring seamless operations, efficient administration, and a professional environment for all staff and visitors.

- Open and close the project/consultant office, operate the switchboard with courtesy and efficiency, and welcome all visitors while upholding a professional company image.
- Handle general office and project‑related administrative tasks promptly, including maintaining records and providing Safety, Health & Environmental files for site use.
- Manage and maintain the office and all resources/supplies to ensure everything is in top condition.
- Book meeting rooms and provide support services as needed, such as photocopying, refreshments, and more.
- Support document control processes when required.
- Assist site management with essential tasks, including updating Project Directories, handling Site Registrations/Applications, setting up the ‘Snagging App’, recording and maintaining Apprenticeship records, tracking Waste, Energy, and Water figures via Sustain
IQ (in line with BREEAM requirements), and aiding with project close‑out activities like permit closures and deposit returns. - Collate and record Company CCS/CSR activities electronically.
- Uphold quality and environmental control procedures in line with the Company’s IMS System.
- Comply with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy at all times.

- At least 6 months of recent, relevant administrative experience.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office manager.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team while also working independently.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK.
