Warehouse Operative
Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days per week.
Pay: £14.49 - £16.91 per hour.

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.
We offer a permanent full‑time position with a variety of shift patterns available working 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day. Some part‑time work may also be available.
Shift patterns include:- Days – 06:00 to 14:00
- Nights – 20:00 to 04:00
Hourly pay rate of £14.49 for day shifts and £16.91 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts.
Guaranteed minimum of 37.5 hours per week for full‑time positions; overtime is regularly available for those looking to earn more.

- Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
- Keep accurate records.
- Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
Most warehouse operatives start with us picking orders; however there may also be opportunities beyond this to work in our goods in and loading operations.
You will need:- Aged 18 or over (due to Health and Safety reasons).
- Physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Although not essential, experience of working in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is preferred. Let us know about it in your application.
