Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays – so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that raise your average hourly earnings to £13.95 per hour.

You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions. All your breaks are paid, meaning you get paid for every minute t’s a great deal! Contract Type:
Permanent.

Hours:

40 hours (including paid breaks). You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts.

Shifts:

AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay structure: the position is paid every four weeks according to a monthly schedule.

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.44
• Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium: £1.34
• Sunday Evening Premium: £2.58
• Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) Overtime rate: £16.80
• Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift) Overtime rate: £18.20
