HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Day Driver. Chilled and general.

Drivertemps Limited are recruiting x2 permanent HGV Class 1 day drivers to work with our fantastic and longest serving client.

Monday to Friday and every other Saturday or Sunday. Nights out required. This is not a full tramping role, but to be prepared to night out if required.

• Held your HGV Class 1 licence for a minimum of 1 year.
• No more than 6 points no DD/ DR Code convictions.
• Hold a current valid CPC Card (DQC).
• Understand and be able to comply with Driver hours and WTD legislation.
• Able to understand and conduct necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.
• Should comply on-site health and safety requirements.
• Good geographical knowledge of the south of England.
• Have the experience and knowledge to be able to divert cross country to and from locations as and when signs, traffic or other conditions dictate.

• Monday to Friday £18.00 per hour
• Saturday £19.00-£20.00 per hour
• Sunday £22.00 per hour

Minimum 9hrs with paid breaks.
