Warehouse & Delivery Operative

Kingswood, Bristol

Hours:
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Syntech Recruitment are working with a long established client who are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Delivery Operative to join their team.

This is a varied role involving warehouse duties, packaging, courier coordination, and local deliveries using a company vehicle. If you enjoy a hands‑on position where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

• Booking goods into and out of the facility with accurate documentation.
• Preparing, packaging, and dispatching goods to company standards.
• Organising courier deliveries and collections.
• Safely handling and moving equipment within the premises.
• Delivering and collecting goods using the company vehicle.
• Adhering to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Carrying out any other reasonable tasks required in support of the operation.

• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Good level of IT/PC competence.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment requiring high concentration.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional and presentable, representing the company well.
• Full UK driving licence (ideally with no points).
