We are recruiting Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers for the Bristol Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business. This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy working for a prestigious logistics company, driving a modern and well‑maintained fleet of vehicles and who are looking for flexibility. We offer full‑time work schedules, no overnight stays and a retention bonus of £300 paid monthly from 1 October 2025.

Potential on‑target earning from £46,000 per annum (dependent on shift pattern).

• Day pay:
  Monday‑Friday £16.63 per hour;
  Saturday £18.71;
  Sunday £24.95
• Night pay:
  Monday‑Friday £19.00;
  Saturday £21.38;
  Sunday £28.51
• Overtime rate: £18.71 per hour

• Deliver milk products to customer stores and regional distribution centres.
• Put safety first and respect all other road users.
• Conduct vehicle and driver checks thoroughly.
• Plan routes with consideration of safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure smooth and efficient journeys.
• Represent the business professionally at all times as the interface between the company and customers.

• HGV Class 1 licence (LGV Cat C+E). Newly passed drivers will be considered – full training provided.
• Current CPC and digital driving card.
• No more than 6 minor points on licence (no CDs, DDs, DRs or INs).
• Comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
• Effective team member who works well independently.
• Excellent work attitude, self‑motivated, positive and extremely reliable.
