We have a fantastic opportunity for a Referencing Specialist to join our team at Bristol Airport.

The Vetting & Referencing Team manages the Airside Pass process for our Pilot, Cabin Crew and Ground Operations colleagues. In this role you’ll support colleagues obtaining their Airside Pass while ensuring compliance with legal, industry and company requirements.

• Hybrid working (office 3 days per week)

• Assist the Recruitment Team at Assessment Days and present referencing information to candidates.
• Support new colleagues with all referencing requirements and processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in referencing and the airport pass application process for your Airport Base.
• Maintain quality standards for each Airside Pass application and identify risk areas.
• Maintain strong and positive working relationships with the Airport .
• Work closely with Referencing Specialists in Head Office and Operational teams at your Airport Base to support overall service delivery.

Our Referencing Specialist will have a sound working knowledge of the Department for Transport Airside Pass Scheme guidance and base-specific Airside Pass issues and regulations.

• High attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors or areas of risk.
• Organised approach, able to work to tight time frames and manage multiple projects/timescales.
• Strong written and verbal skills with ability to build strong working relationships.
• Experience with in HR, Recruitment, Compliance or Referencing; aviation experience beneficial.

Note:

This role will be offered as a salaried Fixed‑Term Contract for 6 months.

The successful candidate must have the ability to obtain a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
