💰 £70,000-£80,000 DOE

We're partnering with an innovative, high‑performing digital consultancy to find an experienced Senior Technical Lead ready to shape complex, bespoke software solutions and influence technical excellence at scale.

• Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.
• Strong track record of defining and maintaining engineering standards (code quality, Dev Ops, tooling, architecture).
• Confident working across both strategic and hands‑on technical responsibilities.
• Skilled mentor with the ability to elevate other technical leaders.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commercially aware and experienced in client‑facing environments.
• Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies.
• Eligible for SC Clearance
