I've worked with this team for over 7 years, and they genuinely get better every year. They're on a mission to equip investors with the tools to steward their capital responsibly
-giving people visibility and a real voice over where their money goes, and the impact it has.
They've built an industry-leading platform that's changing how shareholder voting works (for good), and they're now scaling both their core infrastructure and a brand-new AI product that's a genuine game-changer.
We're hiring multiple engineers across the team, either Mid or Senior level, would likee of these hires to have solid cloud/platform experience to help build and scale the foundations everything else runs on.

The role
This is an exciting opportunity to get stuck in at a fast-paced, tech-focused, impact-driven start up. This role is open at Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer levels, with the level determined by experience, scope, and impact. As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating closely with product, design, and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Solid foundations in software engineering and computer science, applied to building scalable, maintainable systems
Experience writing production code in Go, Python, or Type Script
An interest in writing testable code and a mindset aligned with automation and CI/CD
Experience designing and building APIs (REST; gRPC is a bonus)
Experience working with data stores such as SQL, No

SQL, or graph databases, including performance and query optimisation
Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure tooling (e.g. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Skaffold)
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and modern deployment practices
Experience working in a growing or fast-moving product environment
Front-end experience, ideally using React
