Full Stack Product Engineer (Vue + Django) – £45–50k | Bristol (Hybrid)

A Bristol environmental tech startup is building a real-time IoT data platform - and they need a frontend-leaning full stack engineer to join a small, ambitious team.

Their current engineer is relocating next month, so they need someone in quickly.

The product is a web-based portal that ingests real-time IoT sensor data - turning complex, real-world data into something organisations can actually understand and act on.

You’ll own the frontend and backend, manage the cloud infrastructure, and line manage a junior data analyst - all within a tight-knit team, reporting directly to the CEO.

The stack: Vue, Django/FastAPI, Postgre

SQL/PostGIS, Celery, Docker, GCP

What they’re after:

• Strong Vue experience (comfortable going full stack in Python/Django)
• Solid on REST APIs and SQL
• CI/CD and cloud infrastructure experience
• Happy working closely with a founder in a small team
