File Dynamics delivers technology solutions to the legal and insurance sector. With teams focused on our clients development and technology requirements alongside our core product development. This role will focus on solutions to solve our clients objectives ranging from back end services and API development through to AI agents and customer facing web applications.

As a .net developer in the team you will join an existing team of other developers and cross functional roles to help us deliver these solutions to our clients.

You will design implement and iterate on change to our clients. Ensuring best practices are met and pragmatic solutions are found to ensure the best output for our clients.

• To develop c# /.net solutions for our clients and products
• To support the implementation of devops best practices on all solutions and to actively try to progress and implement best practices and ideas. CI / CD pipeline additions and maintenance.
• Reporting to the senior developer in the team and working closely with both the head of development and technical architect
• Write high quality extensible and maintainable code.
• Ensure that security and resiliency are at the heart of practices.
• This role will include an expectation of responsibility in providing support to other members of the team and some occasional client interaction.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following technical skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience
• Strong T-SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
• Design and application architecture
• Experience of working across a structured agile lifecycle
• Excellent C# / .NET skills
• Visual Studio IDE
• JQuery and JS.

• Interest in front end programming trends (Angular / React / Blazor).
• Desktop application design patterns
• Azure portal and application services
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry and MS AI / ML stack

• Hybrid working one day a month in the office for team meetups or available as often as you like for those who do prefer
