Multi trade Plumber

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plumber / Multi‑Trade Engineer to support a key client, carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks. You will act as a primary point of contact on site, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates well with clients and internal teams, and can confidently manage varied workloads across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, fault‑finding, and general maintenance.
Deliver multi‑trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting, or minor electrical work.
Ensure all jobs are completed within agreed SLAs and in line with compliance requirements.
Provide clear updates to schedulers, clients, and internal teams on job progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work orders are processed through the internal system.
Prioritise tasks effectively and manage changing daily demands.
Build strong working relationships with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
Work towards and achieve performance targets and KPIs.

Skills & Experience Needed

Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumber/Multi‑Trade Engineer.
Competence in additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, basic electrics, or general building repairs.
Experience working in a fast‑paced maintenance or facilities environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving ability.
Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Good IT skills, including confidence using job management systems and Microsoft Office.
