As demand for renewable technology continues to grow, we are expanding our electrical team.
Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a qualified Electrician, covering projects across Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath, Somerset and surrounding areas.
You will play a key role in supporting renewable installations and ensuring safe, high‑quality electrical work across our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and commissioning electrical systems for Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Chargers
- Electrical testing, inspection and certification in line with current regulations
- Fault finding and repair of existing installations
- Ensuring all work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations
- Working closely with heating engineers, project managers and customers to deliver high‑quality installations
- Maintaining a safe, tidy and professional working environment
- Supporting the Lead Electrical Engineer and wider installation team
We are looking for someone with:
- 2391 Test & Inspection (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in domestic electrical installations (renewable experience advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good problem‑solving ability and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
Training on renewable technologies and specialist equipment will be provided.
Salary & Benefits- £35,000–£40,000 per year (depending on experience)
