- Carry out roofing works to a high standard
- Communicate clearly and effectively with schedulers, residents, and your line manager
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and safeguarding regulations
- Stay informed of all technical and legal updates relevant to your trade
- Collaborate with other operatives where necessary to complete jobs efficiently
- NVQ or City & Guilds or Blue CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple jobs effectively
