This is a full-time Roofing Contractor role based on-site in Bristol. The Roofing Contractor will be responsible for performing roofing installations, repairs, and routine maintenance; ensuring roofs are weatherproof and meet safety and quality standards. Additional daily tasks include inspecting roofs to assess damage, constructing and repairing roof structures, handling roofing materials, and ensuring timely project completion. This role involves adherence to strict safety protocols and collaboration with a team of skilled professionals to deliver top-quality outcomes.

• Solid experience in roofing installation, maintenance, and repair
• Competency in using hand and power tools, and working with varied roofing materials
• Ability to follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work plans
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations in construction
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions and heights
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Relevant NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Roofing or equivalent professional qualification
• Previous experience in roofing for social housing or public sector contracts is an advantage
