Location:
Long Ashton, Somerset
Pay: £16.00 - £18.00 p/h depending on experience and qualifications
Working Pattern:
Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)
Contract:
3–6 months initially, with potential for long‑term work
Start Dates:
Multiple starts available
We are seeking reliable Labourers to support civils, and infrastructure works in the Long Ashton area.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with general site duties
- Support ground workers and plant teams
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site briefings
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Uplifts for nights/weekends where applicable
- Ongoing support from Mando Solutions
