Position: Civils Ground workers, 360 Drivers, Gangers, Yardman, Traffic Marshalls
Location: Shirehampton

Civils Operatives Required – Ground workers, 360 Operatives, Gangers, Yardman & Traffic Marshals. Starting March 2026 - Bristol, B11

We are currently recruiting for a variety of civils operatives for works starting in March 2026

Roles Available:

Ground workers

• Drainage, ducting and road formation works
• £22 per hour – CIS

• CSCS card required (Blue preferred, Green accepted with relevant experience)

• Street Works Operative card desirable

360 Excavator Drivers
• £24 per hour – CIS

• Blue CPCS or NPORS CSCS required

• Lifting Operations endorsement preferred

Civil Gangers
• £25–£27 per hour – CIS

• Gold CSCS & SSSTS minimum

• Street Works Operative or Supervisor card required

Yardman / Telehandler Operator
• £24 per hour – CIS

• Blue CPCS or NPORS CSCS Telehandler

• Proven experience running and organising a yard essential

Banksman / Traffic Marshal
• £16.50–£21 per hour

• CPCS or NPORS Traffic / Vehicle Marshal ticket required

• Experience directing heavy site traffic essential

• Proven civils experience

• Valid tickets and certifications

• Reliable and professional approach

• Available for works starting March 2026
