You’ll support the Project Manager and the electrical team in delivering a wide range of electrical tasks. If you’re not yet trained in certain areas, don’t worry - we’ll get you there. We invest in our people and provide the training needed to help you grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

* Support the team in installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components.

* Assist in fault-finding and repairs using tools and diagnostic equipment.

* Get involved in scoping out projects and preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

* Carry out inspections and help ensure all works comply with NICEIC and company standards.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Compliance & Safety

* Work to electrical regulations, safety policies, and codes of practice.

* Identify hazards or faults and report them immediately.

* Take a “right-first-time” approach to every job.

Customer Service

* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.

* Handle on-site client queries confidently and relay updates back to the office.

* Represent Norwood with pride—punctual, presentable, and professional.

Admin & Organisation

* Manage your daily workload and stay on top of reports, paperwork, and data submissions.

* Track your materials and equipment, ensuring your vehicle is stocked and ready.

* Stay in contact with operations staff and scheduling coordinators to ensure smooth workflow.
