Smart Repair Technician

Waylands Honda, Bristol

Due to the continuing success of Waylands, we are looking to grow the team at our Honda Bristol branch and recruit a Smart Repair Technician. This is a key position which has a major part in achieving our success, by providing a professional "right first-time repairs" to our customers and dealerships.

This position is to fulfil dealership requirements, and to carry out any scheduled repairs that have been pre-arranged. The role will involve carrying out preparation work, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on vehicles, among other tasks.

In order to be successful for this role you will be an experienced SMART Repair Technician and will possess all relevant qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ). Ideally you will be experienced in the repair of all makes of vehicles, be proficient and accurate, with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines, and work within guidelines ensuring "right first-time repairs".

• 5 day week on a set rota (45 hours per week).
• Basic of £45k plus commissions and bonuses (OTE £55k)
