Roofer

We are currently looking for a skilled Roofer to join our successful Response business based in Bristol. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance roof works to our customers' properties.

• Responsible for undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs.
• Ability to undertake some brickwork related repairs is desirable.
• Take pride in building relationships, communicating effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and line managers.
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

• Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing.
• Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable.
• Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment.
• Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
