We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our clients team based in the Stafford area! Our client is a leading estate management company looking to expand it's team with the appointment of a plumbing & heating engineer to assist with the maintenance and works required on a wide range of proprieties in it's portfolio.

We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a full time, permanent basis. If successful, you will be employed directly by our client and not through an agency. Start date - Jan 2026. New year, new job! What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance and repair of a range of plumbing and heating systems across our clients range of properties. Majority of the systems are oil / gas fired. Gas qualifications & OFTEC qualifications are a must. You may also be required to respond to emergency call outs as and when required, it's highly unlikely that a call out would be required, however this is something that the role would be required to cover in the off chance.

On top of this, you'll be required to liaise with external contractors and other estate staff to ensure works are completed correctly and to the best standard. Pay: £38,000 - £42,000 per year  a host of benefits. You're annual salary will be reviewed upon completion of your probation period, with the look to increase.

Hours:

Monday - Friday. Hours can be made flexible for the right candidate. Requirements:
