CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering the Somerset region, working on a mixture of commercial contracts including offices, gyms, schools, leisure centres, universities and various others.

There is no residential or social housing work, strictly commercial. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live in the Somerset region but applications from all local areas are welcome. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, with a potential route into further career progression. Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties Self-delivery of smaller installations Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
