This range is provided by Cento. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range£35,000 - £45,000 Basic (DOE) + Callout + Profit Share + Vehicle
What You’ll Get- £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Callout rota 1 in 5/6 – £10 per call‑out + £20 per night (7 nights paid regardless)
- Company vehicle – van or car (your choice)
- Personal use allowed — just don’t take advantage
- 23 days holiday, rising to 25 after 2 years, plus bank holidays
- Company profit share scheme
- Manufacturer-backed training & development
- Service & maintenance of fire alarm and/or security systems
- PPMs, fault‑finding, small remedial works
- Commercial & retail client base – professional environments
Join a well‑established fire and security specialist with over 20 years’ experience supporting commercial customers across the South West. They pride themselves on providing engineers with proper manufacturer‑backed training, not just quick briefings. You’ll work on a variety of fire and security systems, keeping the role interesting and technically diverse without being overwhelming.
