Social Housing project. Level 3 or 2391 (or EAL equivalent) required.

Location: Bristol

• Salary of £36,000 to £40,000 Doe, plus benefits and a company vehicle (your mobile HQ)

• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) – the full, detailed reports
• Spot and fix C1 and C2 faults on site
• Install and issue Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs) when required
• Maintain compliance with the 18th Edition regulations
• Manage your own workload like a pro, while being part of a wider crew
• Travel up to an hour to reach different sites when needed

• Any Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
18th Edition qualified
• Experience in electrical fixed‑wire testing and remedial work
• Experience working in social housing (or similar)
• Organised, self‑motivated, detail‑focused
• Good communicator who avoids jargon
• Someone who treats health & safety as gospel, not a suggestion
