Salary:
Up to 38,000 basic + 50,000 OTE

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm 1 in 4 Saturdays on rota, paid as overtime

We're looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join a well-established, forward-thinking dealership group. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in a supportive environment that values technical excellence and offers genuine career progression.

• Carry out advanced diagnostic work and complex repairs

• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently

• Support and guide junior technicians with technical queries

• Perform vehicle health checks and ensure all documentation is accurate

• Maintain high workshop standards and promote a positive team culture

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills using modern diagnostic tools

• Confident working independently and supporting others when required

• Committed Predicate Exception  i.fnc. quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Full UK driving licence

• Up to 38,000 basic salary

• 50,000 OTE (including overtime and performance bonuses)

• Monday-Friday working hours (occasional Saturday on rota)
