As a HVAC & Chiller Service Technician, you’ll be a key player in delivering technical support and top‑tier customer service. Your day‑to‑day role as a mobile service technician will include travelling to different client locations. Youaghan will be responsible for scheduled maintenance activities and repair work on various Water Chillers, AC and other HVAC equipment installed at our clients’ facilities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical service issues within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.
Part of this role will be providing full documentation in line with our reporting process that clearly states your findings and requirements. Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.
- Recognised HVAC qualification: NVQ level 2 or equivalent (NVQ level 3 not essential but desirable).
- Proven experience in the service engineer role within the air conditioning industry.
- F‑GAS 2079 Cat 1 qualification.
- Experience & working knowledge with Chillers, DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plant.
- Experience working with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi Electric.
- Electrical and controls experience to be able to identify and rectify electrical and control issues.
- Understanding of relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid роман, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams.
- կարգable working without documented procedures and with limitedر supervision.
- A committed can‑do positive attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team.
- A full UK driving license.
