A leading facilities management company is seeking an electrical maintenance engineer for a flagship commercial building in Bristol. The role is static and permanent, with a salary of £43,000 per year. Responsibilities include emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and maintenance of chillers, boilers, and electrical systems. Candidates must have C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations certification and experience in building services maintenance, ideally within a commercial office environment.
This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with standard hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
