• Base Salary: £35,000– £42,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Realistic OTE:
  Circa £70,000+ per annum (Achieved through performance bonuses & incentives)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly PAYE pay – get paid for your hard work every Friday.

• Vehicle: Company Van + Fuel Card provided.
• Equipment: Professional tools, mobile phone, and tablet included.
• Time Off: 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays).
• Training: Full financial & professional support for 18th Edition and 2391 qualifications.
• Overtime: Plentiful overtime available at Time & a Half / Double Time

Working across domestic properties in the Bristol Area, you will be the face of our compliance team:

• Executing high‑standard EICR inspections and specialist fault‑finding.
• Completing digital certification and technical reports on‑site.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and clients.

• Experience: Proven background in EICR testing (Domestic experience preferred).
• Qualifications: 18th Edition is essential. Level 3 2391 (Testing & Inspection) is preferred, but we will provide training for candidates with strong testing knowledge.
• Licence: A valid, full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
