Sureserve Compliance Fire specialises in the design, installation and maintenance of fire safety and electrical systems, providing fire and electrical compliance and testing services to the public sector. This position will work with clients across the Social Housing and Local Authority sector to install, test and repair electrical systems and equipment.

• Experience in domestic EICR’s and social housing essential.
• Maintenance, installation and repair of electrical systems within our portfolios.
• Accountability for general reactive maintenance, fault finding, ensuring satisfactory fault rectification.
• Undertaking general maintenance tasks and survey inspections in areas including confined spaces and at height.

• Qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent (essential).
• Test & Inspection Qualification (desirable).
• Must have a certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations 18th Edition.
• Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems.
