Mobile Vehicle Technician – Bristol

The AA is looking for a friendly, driven Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team in Bristol. You will provide a first‑class service and repair work to customers’ workplaces or homes.

• Working shifts Monday – Saturday covering 8 am – 8 pm, with optional overtime on shift ends.
• Hours:
  
  full‑time, flexible, including evenings.
• Salary:
  Basic £37,155 with OTE £44,000. Overtime paid time and a half.
• All travel paid from the moment you get into your van to the moment you get home.

• A communicator – you explain diagnostics and solutions to customers in a friendly, clear manner.
• A self‑starter – you work independently or within a team, driving to various locations in all weathers.
• A fixer/problem‑solver – you utilise your technical ability to resolve a variety of vehicle issues on the roadside or at appointments.
• Represent the UK’s largest motoring organisation as a customer‑facing hero, ready for any weather.

• NVQ 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
