Shift Pattern:
Casual cover. Security

Shifts:

06:30 – 18:30 (Mon-Fri). Reception

Shifts:

07:00 – 22:00 (Mon-Fri). We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team on a casual basis, providing cover for annual leave, sickness, and additional shifts across three client sites in the BS34/BS35 area. You will be part of a small, professional team of 8 staff who operate on-site Security and Reception services. As a casual team member, you will be expected to step in as needed to maintain service continuity.

• Welcoming visitors and handling front-of-house duties
• Monitoring site access and security
• Checking s and managing sign-in procedures
• Providing general administrative support at reception
• Ensuring site procedures and safety protocols are followed

• Flexibility to cover at short notice is essential
• Prior experience in security and/or receptionist roles preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• SIA licence (for security duties) essential
• Ability to travel to all three sites as required
