The Role of Business Development Manager, Capital Equipment
  • Managing a large pipeline and conducting a high volume of face-to-face meetings across the region.
  • Moving beyond price wars to sell on unique features, benefits, and ROI.
  • Explaining features and applications in technical demonstrations with confidence (supported by technical experts for the heavy lifting).
  • Utilising exceptional business acumen to gain market share and expand sales.
What is Required to Apply to the Role of Business Development Manager, Capital Equipment
  • We are looking for a Solution Salesperson with a "sponge-like" capacity to absorb complex product knowledge. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be technically astute.
  • A proven track record in Capital Equipment Sales is essential. Experience selling into food production is a significant plus.
  • You are unapologetically ambitious, motivated by earning potential, and genuinely driven to hunt for new business.
  • A "Challenger" salesperson who is fast-paced, accountable, and grounded. You are a naturally cheerful person who brings energy to the room.
  • Of graduate calibre with strong CRM discipline and a history of exceeding targets.
