Are you a "Grade A" Business Developer looking for a career-defining move with capital equipment sales experience? Our client is an extremely well-established manufacturer of capital equipment for the food production sector. With remarkably low staff attrition, vacancies here are rare. However, following the appointment of a dynamic new leadership team, the company is entering a phase of significant ambition and change and is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial solution seller to help drive this new chapter of growth.

- This is not a role for a caretaker; it is a role for a business builder. While the position is 40% account management, your primary focus and DNA must be Business Development.
- You will sell high-value capital equipment solutions directly to end users (food manufacturers) and to third-party integrators. You will be supported by a highly skilled technical team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: opening doors, building pipelines, and closing deals.

- A proven track record in Capital Equipment Sales is essential. Experience selling into food production is a significant plus.
- You are unapologetically ambitious, motivated by earning potential, and genuinely driven to hunt for new business.
- A "Challenger" salesperson who is fast-paced, accountable, and grounded. You are a naturally cheerful person who brings energy to the room.
- Of graduate calibre with strong CRM discipline and a history of exceeding targets.
