£40,000 – £45,000 + up to £28,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager involves field sales of kitchen sinks, taps, worktops and accessories. 80% of the time is spent selling to kitchen retailers and showrooms; the remaining time is spent dealing with plumbers merchants, builders merchants and electrical wholesalers.

Key account profile: approximately 670 accounts, 400 active, with 70% account management, 20% new business and 10% admin.

• Field sales to kitchen retailers, showrooms, and related merchants.
• Manage and grow territory accounts.
• Deliver on sales targets and bonus targets.
• Maintain admin and reporting duties.

• Proven field sales and territory management track record.
• Experience in KBB products or related industry preferred.
• Experience selling to kitchen retailers, showrooms, plumbers merchants or builders merchants.
• Open to FMCG and electrical backgrounds.
• Excellent commercial, IT literacy, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, hard‑working personality.
