Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new local and regional corporate clients through outbound sales activity, including calls, meetings, networking, and stadium tours.
- Proactively manage and convert inbound hospitality enquiries for matchday hospitality experiences.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and progression against agreed revenue targets.
- Promote the full range of Ashton Gate Stadium hospitality products, including executive boxes, lounges and restaurants.
- Upsell and cross‑sell hospitality offerings to maximise revenue per client.
- Develop long‑term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business objectives and tailoring hospitality solutions accordingly.
- Act as a key point of contact during the sales process, ensuring a smooth handover to Event Coordinators for delivery.
- Attend matchdays and events to host clients, strengthen relationships and identify future sales opportunities.
- Working closely with the Head of Hospitality to hand over repeat business and contract renewals through exceptional service and proactive relationship management.
- Work to agreed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and activity levels.
- Accurately record sales activity, pipeline progress, and client information using CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the Commercial Director.
- Work home matchdays and key stadium events as required.
- Support on‑the‑day hospitality delivery from a sales and client relationship perspective, ensuring a premium guest experience.
- Knowledge and experience of the sports hospitality or events industry
- Proven experience in new business acquisition and relationship development
- Ability to negotiate
- Highly organised and methodical approach to workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days to include evenings and weekends
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
