Regional Sales Manager

Our client specializes in milking solutions for agricultural operations worldwide. They design and provide integrated systems covering all aspects of herd management and the milking process. Through their technical expertise and commitment to efficiency and animal welfare, they support livestock professionals in optimizing their performance. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop and maintain a network of distributors (wholesalers, cooperatives, specialized resellers) by supporting their teams in selling technical solutions related to milking and spare parts.

Your responsibilities:
Develop the distributor portfolio and drive sales in your region. Provide technical advice and support to distributors and farmers. Train teams on product ranges and support their sales efforts. Monitor targets and propose tailored action plans. Conduct competitive intelligence and identify new growth opportunities.
