We are seeking motivated, confident, and personable Door-to-Door Sales Canvassers to join our expanding team.

You will be responsible for engaging homeowners, promoting our solar solutions, building strong customer relationships, and booking qualified appointments to support our sales growth.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, communication, and delivering outstanding customer service , with clear earning potential and structured career progression . You will play a vital role in expanding our market presence , using proven sales and marketing techniques while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. This is a frontline, field-based sales role , ideal for people who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and earning based on performance.

No previous solar experience is required full training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided . Previous experience in Door to Door Sales / Marketing / Lead Generation being a bonus! Transport provided - we will pick you up and drop you off to locations, then pick you up and drop you home again, Perfect if you don't have a vehicle!

Key Responsibilities Actively engage with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend suitable solar solutions Canvass residential areas through door-to-door engagement Clearly explain the benefits of solar energy and free home surveys Qualify potential customers and book appointments for the sales team Use proven marketing and communication techniques to attract and retain customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments Work towards daily and weekly performance targets Represent Quote Renewables in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner

What Were Looking For Confident communicator with a positive, outgoing personality Comfortable engaging with new people face-to-face Able to communicate effectively with English-speaking customers Highly self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented Resilient and able to handle objections professionally Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Sales, marketing, fundraising, or customer service experience preferred but not essential Strong ability to build rapport and work effectively within a team
