Inside Sales pa

Salary:
Basic salary up to 30k pa plus Bonus

As an Inside Sales Representative the successful Candidate will be an important part in a team who operate in a busy and successful working environment.

As the first point of contact for new and existing customers – while also offering support to the sales and marketing team, you will spend the majority of your time talking to customers on the telephone and assisting with their enquiries.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
• Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

• An enthusiastic Sales Professional with a positive dynamic attitude.
• Ability to provide first class customer service.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Proven results in a sales based role.
• Industry knowledge of the packaging market not compulsory but would be advantageous.
