About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager on our Field Sales team, you’ll drive growth, build relationships and close deals across the UK.
- Hunting for New Business
:
Proactively prospect through self‑sourced and company‑provided leads. - Tailoring Solutions
:
Engage in face‑to‑face and virtual consultations to fully understand customer needs. - Closing Deals
:
Present, negotiate and seal the deal to drive revenue growth. - Client Management
:
Nurture relationships and manage accounts for up to 12 months post‑sale. - Data Analysis
:
Review performance to drive account ROI and long‑term success.
- Proven field sales track record (high‑performing telesales acceptable).
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and positive outlook in handling objections.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- SaaS or solution selling experience desirable.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points required.
- Competitive Earnings
:
Base salary £35,875, OTB £53,875, car allowance £5,200–£6,200 with uncapped earnings. - Perks & Benefits
