We’re seeking a Territory Manager to lead the growth of an innovative Infusion portfolio across the South West and South Wales region.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in hospitals, loves developing relationships with clinical teams, and enjoys delivering high-impact product demonstrations.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth and expand market presence across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital engineering departments.
• Lead the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, present solutions, demonstrate products, and close deals.
• Deliver engaging training and support to ensure customers get the best from the products.
• Manage tender activity and collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
