Building on our continued success, we’re looking for an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and unlock new commercial opportunities in the Media Technology and Communications vertical, focussed on driving value for customers which require a higher degree of intimacy with more complex solutions or integrations.
You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on retention, expansion, and consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets. This is a highly commercial role where you’ll build strong, multi-level relationships, gain a deep understanding of your customers businesses, and influence key decision-makers.
You’ll lead all commercial and contractual discussions, create and deliver winning account plans, and identify and convert upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in a competitive market. Working closely with acquisition, business development, and delivery teams, you’ll bring the BT growth story to life and maximise the value of our market‑leading network.

- Account Management:
Ability to retain, grow, and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts. - Revenue Growth:
Drive new product revenue and achieve business targets. - Strategic Planning:

Build strong, multi-level relationships and become a trusted advisor. - Commercial & Contract Management:

Work effectively with internal teams to deliver products and services. - Sales & Upselling:
Identify opportunities for value‑added services and revenue growth. - Problem‑Solving & Escalation:
Operate within guidelines and elevate effectively when needed.
- 65% on target bonus
