A highly successful and forward thinking business, the company are looking for a loyal and like minded individual with lots of drive and determination.
Key Responsibilities- Registering new applicants
- Generating viewings
- Maintaining the database
- Vendor feedback
- Generating Market Appraisals
- Cross selling over the company's other income streams i.e lettings etc.
Please note that duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever is required.
Ideal Candidate- Enthusiastic
- Target Driven
- Full UK driving license and access to your own car
- Customer focused
- Gritty and sales motivated
- Polished with great body language
- Well presented
- Previous experience in estate agency
