What you’ll do

You will connect with customers in a genuine way, understanding their needs and making every interaction a positive experience. Focus on getting things right the first time while aiming to exceed your sales goals, both individually and as part of the team. See every conversation as a chance to boost customer satisfaction and add value by offering smart, tailored solutions that truly fit what they’re looking for.

  • Deliver outstanding service and take personal responsibility for meeting each customer’s needs.
  • Make it easy for customers by giving clear, accurate, and relevant information so they can feel confident in their decisions.
  • Meet and work towards exceeding your sales targets while staying compliant with key metrics.
  • Do the right thing by following all company and regulatory policies and guidelines in line with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).
  • Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes and their unique selling points throughout a customer’s relationship with us.
