About The Role

Wessex Garages is looking for Car Sales Advisors for our Mazda dealership in Pennywell Road, Bristol. The role involves selling vehicles, finance, insurance, and paint protection. You will guide customers through the entire buying journey, from first interaction to driving away in their new car.

We seek a positive, motivated individual who values excellent customer service. Previous sales experience is not essential, but you should be organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to developing product knowledge. A strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude will help you take ownership of your work, support your team, and contribute to overall sales success across our Kia and Nissan dealerships.

• Working Pattern: 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September.
