You will be based in our Bristol office and focused on generating qualified meetings across the Polish market, working closely with our in‑country Dutch sales team to ensure smooth handovers and strong local relevance.

This exciting role includes frequent training to help you build confidence quickly and hold engaging conversations with enterprise‑level decision makers. You will receive mentorship from an experienced Sales Development Manager and support from a sociable, friendly team. You will learn about a wide range of solutions, including asset tracking, route optimisation, payment solutions, rugged and corporate devices, managed services, cybersecurity, and the services and support organisations may require alongside physical products.
This role will suit a driven individual who is fluent in both Dutch and English, has a genuine interest in IT, and is motivated to learn a new industry. You will be confident communicating professionally with stakeholders at the enterprise level and keen to join our expanding sales development team.
The Role:- Identify and engage potential enterprise customers in the Dutch market and generate qualified meetings through outreach, including calls, email, Linked In, and relevant social selling activity.
- Have a strong presence on Linked In and be a brand ambassador for TRG as the first point of contact.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless meeting handovers and driving continuous improvement.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm (37.5 hours).
- Must be fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Must have an avid interest in IT and sales. Prior sales experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for learning.
- Thrives on achieving targets and enjoys the rush of finding the next big deal.
- Competitive base salary: £30‑35k with OTE of £45‑55k
- Annual salary review and bonus depending on company performance.
- 25 days of holiday, rising to 27 days after 3 years (excluding Bank Holidays)
