This thriving, friendly call‑centre team on the outskirts of Bristol is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, upbeat Sales Advisor to join their team.

You’ll be the first voice customers hear when they call to place orders, ask questions, or explore products. Using your natural persuasion skills, you’ll promote, sell, and guide customers to the right solutions while keeping your KPIs firmly in sight. You’ll manage the full order cycle too, from quote to delivery, staying organised, proactive, and ready to chase updates so customers are always kept in the loop.

• Confident phone manner and the ability to make a brilliant first impression
• Someone who can build lasting customer relationships that spark repeat business
• Strong organisational skills and an eye on the detail
• Ideally, GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• Comfortable with Microsoft packages and, ideally, experienced in a call‑centre environment

• Location: outskirts of Bristol – easily commutable from Newport, Bath, Avonmouth – with free onsite parking
• Salary: £25,550 + bonus
