The RoleThis role is open to graduates, career changers, and experienced sales professionals looking to build or accelerate a career in events sales. Based in our Bristol office, you’ll sell exhibition stands and sponsorship packages for our flagship UK event. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a high-performance sales environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media
- Building, managing, and converting your own sales pipeline
- Selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities
- Managing relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to succeed
- A confident communicator and strong team player
- Resilient and driven in a target‑led environment
- Open to learning and professional development
- Based in or near Bristol and able to work full‑time from the office
No Previous Sales Experience Required – Full Training Provided.
What We Offer- £27,000 – £30,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic Year 1 OTE of £50,000 – £60,000
