Based North Bristol area.

Your new role Working closely with the Merchandising & Inventory Manager, you will ensure the right product is available at the right time across their Retail Stores, and Events programme.

You will support Stock Planning and Replenishment Strategies to maximise sales and margin performance.

As the business continues to scale, you will support the development of merchandising processes, improving stock visibility, and delivering clear / data-led insights to support commercial decision-making across Retail and Events.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in a similar Planning or Analyst role, for example Inventory Planner, Merchandise Planner, Demand Planner etc.
• Strong Excel (or Google Sheets) and analytical skills; comfortable manipulating data sets, spotting trends, and making recommendations based on your findings.
• Well organised, able to prioritise and juggle tasks effectively, and a strong communicator.
• Experience in Retail, Buying Support, Distribution, Manufacturing or Supply Chain planning is all applicable; if you have the skills described and want to work in a fast‑paced and highly collaborative environment, please apply.
